See our Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To allow us to accommodate other patients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation
or rescheduling request. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior notification, will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation at our discretion.
